Dream11 Is India’s Fantasy Sports App for Building Your Own Team
Pick real players, name a captain and follow the match live. Dream11 turns every cricket, football and kabaddi fixture into a game of strategy, and today every contest is free to play.
11Players per team
Dream11 lets you act as a team manager. You choose real players from an upcoming match, and your team scores points based on how those players perform on the field. This guide explains how the app works today, which sports it covers, and what to know before you play. You can also read more about us and how this guide is written.
Is Dream11 Still Available in India?
Yes. After India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, Dream11 ended its paid cash contests in August 2025 and moved to a free-to-play model.
What that means for you as a player:
- Contests are free to enter, so you do not pay an entry fee.
- Rewards, where offered, are non-cash, such as merchandise or vouchers.
- The core fantasy format is unchanged: build a team, pick a captain, climb the leaderboard.
Offers and features can change with each app release. Always check the official Dream11 app or website for the latest rules, and be careful with apps or APK files that promise cash prizes under the Dream11 name. Please also read our disclaimer.
